Vacation Homes
I believe in aesthetic beauty as a driver for our inner well-being. Over the years, I have created a small portfolio of homes that follow that idea. The places are made for living, following different concepts of living in sync with the surrounding.
Waterkant Views and Tamboerskloof Views are townhouses of different scale in vibrant Cape Town. They both are located in heritage neighborhoods and built with the paradigm of respecting the heritage while breathing a modern African atmosphere. They are called ‘Views’ and that’s what they are designed for: making the most out of the unparalleled natural surroundings, Cape Town is embedded in.
Can Pintat in Mallorca is an ancient farmhouse from 1700 and we bought the house without changing much. It has patina that we respect and the property will keep evolving slowly over time as it has already over the past 3 centuries. It’s a place with soul and character, surrounded by nature. That’s what we love about it.
The newest addition will be Santa Yalla in The Gambia, an already existing yoga retreat in Western Africa. It has been built by Pamela Menzell – with love and the idea of being part of the local community. Giving back to nature and to the people. And of course, to those who are coming for yoga. I will become a humble part of this mission, extending the ground and building my first real African round hut. Stay tuned…
All properties are built to feel at home. But they can all be rented.
